Dear Parents and Carers, 

This term has been packed with events, trips and workshops and the children have had a great time as well as working hard in all their lessons.   

This term we say a fond farewell to Mr. Nicholes who has been our amazing sports coach for the last five years.  The children have loved his PE lessons and he will be sadly missed.  We wish him every success with his business adventures! 

The circus event was a huge success, and we would like to thank the PTA again for their continued support in arranging this and all the other events that raise money for the children and the school. This thank you also extends to the volunteers who come in every day to butter bagels for the children, Mel Dyer, Hannah Pickett, Claudia Pierce, Wesley Pierce, Jenny Wetton, Michelle Cope, Leanne Sutherland, Natalie Bolton, Elena Logan, Mary,  Amanda Dunwell and her Mum Laura. Also a big thank you to parents who attend book bonanzas and all the other volunteers we have who support the day-to-day running of the school.

Lastly, I would like to thank the Governors for their continued support of the staff and pupils.

We wish everyone a happy and safe summer holiday, with plenty of sunshine and we look forward to seeing you back in September, ready for a new school year!

Hello, I’m Miss Kingham.

I joined Bonneygrove in September 2022 and currently teach Year Four Finch! Last year, I graduated from the University of Hertfordshire with a First Class degree in Primary Education. During my time at university, I gained experience in both KS1 and KS2, both of which I thoroughly enjoyed! Additionally, I have supported my younger brother, Myles, with his education; he previously left Bonneygrove in September 2022!

I absolutely love my job! It brings me great pleasure to see the children that I teach achieve and make progress. There isn’t anything more rewarding than seeing that ‘light bulb’ moment when they have grasped a new concept! I really couldn’t imagine myself doing anything else. I believe that no matter who you are or where you come from, everyone is capable of achieving greatness with hard work and determination.

During my free time, I enjoy seeing my friends and family. I love going out to new places and trying different food. I have a Staffordshire Bull Terrier called Lexi who has become popular amongst Finch Class!
